Singer Kevin McCall posted a message to Chris Brown on Instagram that has some contemporaries and fans very concerned about his state of mind.

McCall, the former boyfriend of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Eva Marcille, with whom he has a daughter, shared this message with his 27,000 Instagram followers. He aimed the message at fellow singer Chris Brown’s ears:

McCall’s friends wrote that it “sounds like to me you say you’re tired of living.”

McCall also captioned a photo with singer Brandy,  “call me I wanna say goodbye,” which has since been deleted, according to The Blast.

McCall has not had the best year. Marcille officially changed the last name of their daughter, 6-year-old Marley Rae Sterling, from McCall to Sterling, Marcille’s current husband.

The singer is also facing legal problems in a Los Angeles County court. He has been officially charged with “inflicting corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant” stemming from an alleged physical altercation he had with his current girlfriend back in April. McCall could get up to one year in prison if convicted.

Fans hopped onto Instagram to convey their concern and support for the embattled singer.

“My Cousin took his own life and while idk the pain you fee l… tomorrow is another day Suicide hurts more people when you’re gone… you won’t be here to see just how many people care and will do anything in their power to keep you! Idk you, but choose life,” one concerned supporter wrote.

“Kevin you are my one of my biggest inspirations big dawg there are times when I feel like dying and wanna take myself out but I cant dont do it you will see your babies they need you man frfr,”  another IG fan penned.

There are some fans, however, who adamantly disagree that this IG post from McCall was troubling.

What do you make of McCall’s message? Was it misinterpreted or a subtle call for help?
