Lifelong learning is key to keeping pace with change and contributing in meaningful ways. As we live longer, many will work longer. The nature of work is also changing at light speed, and working in one job for 30 years is not a reality for many. Today, people will average at least 12 jobs in their lifetime.


Describe innovative methods you apply to your business and life.

Constantly thinking outside the box is critically important both in business and in life. It is also important to take strategic risks. If a project is failing, it’s better to “fail fast” rather than prolong the inevitable.
