What are two responsibilities you have when it comes to being true to yourself?
Be authentic. Align your identity with your leadership role by embracing the strengths that make you a leader. Sometimes you’ll need to look inside yourself for answers. Be sure to reflect on your unique perspective and viewpoint.
Be agile. Opportunities do not always present themselves at convenient times. Be prepared for opportunities as they evolve. Likewise, areas of concern are oftentimes unexpected. Show agility and flexibility by addressing and resolving issues as they unfold.
What do you want your legacy to be?
I am passionate about leading with purpose and have made it my priority to invest in people and generational wealth building. It is my hope that I have touched many hearts through compassion and with acts of kindness. Thus, my legacy should not be about me, but I hope my sons, grandchildren and others will be inspired to continue acts of benevolence.
