Boosie is throwing a metaphorical lifeline to the beleaguered DaBaby since his banishment from major musical festivals nationwide.
The unrepentant rapper is reportedly slated to perform at Boosie Badazz’s bash on Aug. 28, 2021. Boosie has been DaBaby’s loudest and most consistent supporter since DaBaby spewed homophobic rhetoric at the Rolling Loud Festival in late July 2021.
DaBaby, 29, has been canceled from virtually every iconic festival in the country — as well as in London — after making sexist and anti-LBGTQ remarks at Rolling Loud, and then doubling down on the statements in the immediate aftermath.
“If you didn’t show up today with HIV, AIDS, or any of them deadly sexually transmitted diseases that’ll make you die in two to three weeks, then put your cellphone lighter up,” DaBaby told the multitude in attendance in metro Miami. “Ladies, if your p—- smell like water, put your cellphone lighter up. Fellas, if you ain’t sucking d— in the parking lot, put your cellphone lighter up.”
DaBaby, who was born Jonathan Lyndale Kirk, refused to show any remorse for his injurious and inflammatory statements. That is, until the festivals removed him from their rosters. When he lost hundreds of thousands of dollars, per performance, then DaBaby hastily scrapped together an apology, which he later removed from his Instagram page.
Boosie, a verbal bomb-chucker himself, has already been reportedly removed from Instagram three times. And he has uttered what many consider homophobic remarks in defense of DaBaby. Therefore, it surprises no one when Boosie made DaBaby the headlining act at his own bash.
But, as one fan points out, DaBaby has gone from performing in front of tens of thousands of screaming fans at major festivals to rapping in Boosie’s backyard.

So Da Baby is performing at Lil Boosie’s party. Birds of a feather are homophobic together.
Side note. Imagine going from performing for thousands at Rolling Loud, to performing in Boosie back yard in less than a month.
