Jai Buchanan dissects the ‘magic’ of music

When up-and-coming artists began to change their lives with simple, catchy melodies, like when Lil Pump made “Gucci Gang” or OG Maco made “U Guessed It,” was it difficult for you to not chase that?

My quick answer? Nope. Obviously, that created a huge fan base for them for a reason, because people liked it. Regardless of people’s opinions on the music, because music is subjective. It’s a vibe, and creating different vibes is what makes music so special. In my opinion, it’s so many different types of vibes you can touch and tap into. Some people can relate to it, some people just like to turn up, they want to have a good time, all those things. Music can actually make you feel something, it’s like magic. You can’t touch it, but you can feel it. And I definitely want to create waves.
