Two White men are facing criminal charges for attacking a Black teen who says he was racially profiled on June 14. This all happened in Sanford, Florida, which is the same town where Trayvon Martin was shot and killed in 2012.

Howard Hughes and Donald Corsi are accused of throwing a large rock through a rear window in the teen’s car and then striking the teen with a large cone.

The teen’s sister posted the video of the incident on Twitter.

In the video, one of the men claims that the teen was racing through the neighborhood, which prompted him to throw a large rock through the window of the car.

“Get out of my neighborhood, you f—wad-,” Hughes said to the teen. There was also a woman in the background who continuously said, “Get out of this neighborhood, you don’t belong here.”

The teen then asked who had a gun, insinuating at any moment he could be shot. “The guy who has a permit to carry,” Hughes replied. The woman said shortly thereafter, “You’re the one to go get a gun.”

Hughes is charged with damaging property and battery, while Corsi was charged with damaging property and for allegedly throwing the stone at the car.
