Rap mogul Dame Dash proclaims the Kendrick Lamar and Drake lyrical smackdown sessions as the “best battle of all time.”

The 53-year-old Roc-A-Fella founder, who had a prime viewing seat during the greatest rap battles in hip hop history, gives K.Dot and Drizzy the edge over other historical battles such as Tupac Shakur vs. Biggie Smalls, Ice Cube vs NWA, 50 Cent vs. Ja Rule and even superior to his former partner Jay-Z and his war of words with Nas.

Dame Dash says K.Dot and Drizzy outdid his former Roc-A-Fella partner

“This has been the best battle of all time,” Dash declared on his America Nu Network on Tuesday, May 15. “I’ve been here in hip hop for a while — this has been the most impactful battle to where it looks like the battle songs are changing the trajectory of that artist’s life.”

Dash explains why K.Dot is the clear winner over his archrival Drizzy in what turned out to be a studio match that captivated the globe: “As far as fighting goes, in this moment, Kendrick won,” Dash said. “It’s almost by far now. Last week, it was neck and neck, but after the last exchange with pedophile thing a the response and the [impact] of ‘Not Like Us,’ it seems like he’s disrupted Drake’s life.”

He continued: “I don’t know what’s going on over there with the shooting at Drake’s crib, but what I’m finding out is so many people that you might not think are like that or involved in certain things, those be the ones where you’re like, ‘G–d—, they were doing that!’”

Dash explains what he discovered about Drake

Dame then said he discovered something unsavory about Drake that he didn’t know beforehand.

“It does seems like the industry is just sick of Drake. I didn’t know there was so much hatred — not hatred, but so many different people that are in the industry have sort of gone against him, and I didn’t know that there were so many people that had problems with him.”
