Fatman Scoop’s tour manager is “lost for words” over the rapper’s death.

The rapper — born Issac Freeman III — collapsed while performing in Hamden Town Center Park, Connecticut, Aug. 30 and was rushed to hospital where he later died. He was 53.

His manager, DJ and producer Birch Michael has now said he is “lost for words” over the musician’s death.

“You took me all over the world and had me performing alongside you on some of the biggest and greatest stages on this planet, the things you taught me have truly made me the man I am today,” he said in a social media post.

Disturbing footage of Scoop’s on stage medical emergency emerged before Birch’s statement and showed screams ringing out from fans as the rapper collapsed onto a DJ platform before disappearing from view as a medical team raced to revive him.

Scoop is a three-time Grammy Award winner, and had recently gone into podcasting and reality TV.

His television appearances included “Celebrity Big Brother: UK Vs USA.”

He was scheduled to perform at the UK’s “Reminisce Festival” Sept. 7.

“He was not just one of our most popular performers, he was a cherished member of the Reminisce family. “[His] absence will be profoundly felt by everyone.”

“Let’s make some noise!” Scoop shouted at the crowd in footage captured by the audience just before he collapsed.

“I said Hamden make some noise!” the shirtless rapper yelled as he walked to the back of the stage and approached the DJ booth.

He was then shown slurring words and fighting for breath before he collapsed.
