Amber Rose and Wiz Khalifa’s divorce may be fresh, but that doesn’t mean that Rose isn’t already taking the matter seriously, especially when it comes to divvying up their money. And if reports are true, Rose looks to get a million dollar payout thanks to their prenup.
According to TMZ, sources say Rose required Wiz to sign an eight-page prenup before they got married and one of the demands is that Rose will get a $1 million payout in their divorce.
Sources say Rose is also asking for spousal support but the prenup reportedly states that Rose can’t get both. She either has to take the one time $1 million payout or the spousal support. Unfortunately for her, California is a no-fault divorce state so her allegations of cheating won’t make much difference in court.
As previously reported, both stars have accused each other of cheating in their marriage. Khalifa claims that Rose cheated on him with newly single star, Nick Cannon. But Rose recently responded to the cheating rumors and claimed that she’s always been faithful. However, she couldn’t say the same about Khalifa.
Things could get messy between the couple in their divorce, especially since the prenup makes no mention of custody. Rose has requested full legal and physical custody of their son, Sebastian, but it’s up to a judge to decide who gets custody.
