The tour bus of embattled Young Money rapper Lil Wayne was shot at early Sunday morning in Cobb County, near Atlanta.

Wayne had just finished performing at Atlanta hot spot Compound and was in one of two tour buses that were fired upon around 3:30 a.m. In addition to Wayne, other Young Money execs and artists were present on the bus, including Lil Twist and Hood. There were no reported injuries.

According to reports, after the shooting the buses drove to a nearby hotel and authorities were notified. Witnesses at the scene could only give a description of the suspects being in two white vehicles, an SUV and a sports car of some sort, possibly a Corvette.

Speculation is heavy that the incident could be in relation to the ongoing beef Wayne is currently involved in with Atlanta-based rapper Young Thug. During his performance that evening, Wayne told the crowd “Stop listening to songs of n——s who pose naked on their mother—–g album covers,” an obvious reference to Young Thug’s cover for his controversial album, Barter 6.

Authorities are still investigating the incident.
