Philip Seymour Hoffman found dead from heroin overdose

Actor Philip Seymour Hoffman was found dead today in New York Apartment. He was found in the bathroom with a heroin needle sticking out of his arm and packets of the drug near his body. The Academy Award winning actor was in such films as Capote, The Hunger Games and many other well known films. He was 46 years old and a father of three children. The northeast area has been flooded recently with fentanyl laced heroin which resulted in 22 deaths in Pennsylvania. His body is still in the apartment while police complete their investigation.
