Usher, Kelly Rowland and more celebrities were seen out and about all over the world this weekend.

Kelly Rowland and La La Anthony celebrated with Vegas Magazine at their ninth anniversary party at the Cosmopolitan Casino in Las Vegas.  Usher, Flo Rida and Rita Ora were spotted in London as he performed for the 2012  Capital FM Summertime Ball, while Seal was spotted in Sydney with his children.
