Sherina Thomas, 28, accused her boss David Shavolian, 41, of sexual harassment after he made several inappropriate advances that caused her to walk off a job she desperately needed. She worked at the Executive Offices New York City on Seventh Avenue as a receptionist. The lawsuit claims he forced her “to show her bare breasts,” which he deemed weren’t “firm enough.”
Thomas’ lawsuit filed in Manhattan Superior Court also claims he offered to help her launch her modeling career. The mother of two threw caution to the wind when she accepted the job in May 2012. Apparently, during the interview with Shavolian, he asked her, “Do you shave or wax?”
She was quickly promoted to management and the sexual advances continued including accompanying Shavolian to the restroom where she allegedly watched him urinate and being offered $1,200 for oral sex.
Enough is enough. She resigned this past May.
