Apollo Nida’s life was torn asunder this week when he was sentenced to eight years in prison for his involvement in the bank, wire, mail fraud and ID theft of more than 50 individuals. Making matters worse for “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” husband is the decline of his already damaged public image as well as rumors that his wife, Phaedra Parks, may leave him. Now, it seems that Nida is questioning who will remain loyal to him during this tough time in his life.
Nida has been noticeably silent on social media ever his sentence was handed down on Tuesday. But according to TheJasmineBrand.com, yesterday, Nida finally opened up to the public on Twitter and he posted a suspicious tweet about wondering who will stay by his side while he’s in prison.
“I got a question??? Who will ride with me?? Thanks,” he tweeted.
Although it’s safe to assume that Nida was talking about his fans, many people also assume that the tweet, which has now been deleted, was directed at Parks, who has been noticeably distant from Nida over the past several weeks.
Over the Fourth of July weekend, Parks was spotted vacationing with her girlfriends in Mexico, and Parks was also a no-show in court when Nida was sentenced to eight years in prison, leaving many to believe that Nida and Parks are headed for a divorce.
And all of those assumptions and rumors have likely made their way back to Nida because he followed up his original tweet with another one about all of the negative talk surrounding him.
Well, as they say in the industry, they build you up to tear you down, and Nida is certainly being torn down in the media over his bad behavior. And if the distance between Nida and Parks continues to grow, we don’t doubt that they’ll be tearing down their marriage in divorce court in the near future. – nicholas robinson
