Stefanie Brown, 31, is the Obama campaign’s director for its Operation Vote outreach effort. Brown earned her chops as the former field director for the NAACP in Baltimore where she is credited with leading an effort that registered more the 200,000 voters for the 2008 and 2010 elections.
