Britney Spears’ Entire 2007 VMA Performance
After a chaotic few years that involved a failed marriage to Kevin Federline, a nasty custody battle and a stint in a psychiatric ward, Britney Spears attempted to make a proper musical comeback performance in 2007 at the MTV VMAs. Despite rather lofty expectations, Spears bombed during her performance, coming out on stage in a horrible weave, looking dazed and confused (and possibly inebriated), and half-stepping all of her dance moves. Her comeback ultimately proved to be her worst and most embarrassing televised performance.
