The Big Bear Scare
Tip tries to teach the boys that they must protect the girls from danger at all times, and when it spooky sounds come from the woods, the boys go investigating. “They are doing what white people do in the movies. They’re running to the killer,” says Tiny. But when it appears that a black bear is on the scene, the boys and girls run screaming into their vans, proving that everyone needs protection at some point. Thankfully, the bear was just a guy in a costume.
