Tacos
Substitute the beef for fish or shrimp. If you are allergic to seafood then try chicken or ground turkey. Instead of piling it high with sour cream, try plain Greek yogurt. Greek yogurt has a sour taste that is very similar to sour cream but has less sugar and fat. Lastly, add your favorite veggies — lettuce (romaine), tomatoes, onions, jalapenos (if you like it hot) and a few slices of avocado.
