Who’s masterpiece is greater?

2Pac’s masterpiece (though some may argue 1996’s All Eyez On Me) is an introspective classic completed while he was facing prison and recuperating from gunshot wounds. It re-imagined the “thug” as noble street poet, struggling with inner turmoil and a bleak outlook on life. Nirvana’s unquestionable triumph was an earth-shattering combination of punk, alternative and Beatle-esque pop that changed mainstream radio, restored authenticity to rock music and wiped away any leftovers from the 80s hair metal craze.
