The former voice of Elmo, Kevin Clash is being sued yet again. This is the fifth lawsuit against Clash. The accusation is much like the the others – sex with a minor. This time it’s 25-year-old Kevin Kiadii who claims that when he was 16 when he met Kevin Clash during on an online chat room. In a federal lawsuit filed in New York on Tuesday, Kiadii’s attorney Jeff Herman filed that Clash would send a limousine to pick up the teen in Brooklyn and take him to his Manhattan apartment for sex.
Kiadii’s laywer is the same attorney who is representing the four others who accused Clash of similar charges. Clash resigned from his position on “Sesame Street” in November and has denied any wrong doing. His lawyer has not responded to the latest lawsuit, in which Kevin Kiadii is seeking unspecified damages.
