On April 11, 2013, MegaGrowth, an anti-breakage system created by Strength of Nature to strengthen and protect both relaxed and natural hair celebrated the re-launch of the brand with a star-studded event in Atlanta. The Mane Event was hosted by Laz Alonso and Tatyana
Ali. Other celebrity guests included Bravo TV’s “Married to Medicine” cast mates Mariah Huq and Quad Webb-Lunceford, Andrea Kelly of VH1’s “Hollywood Exes,” Bravo TV’s “Taking Atlanta” cast mate Alexandra Dilworth and “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Porsha Stewart.
The Mane Event featured a RELAXation massage zone and hair styling booths which offered styling tips, product demonstrations and hair care information. In addition, Tasheara Neshell, celebrity hairstylist known for coifing clients like Jennifer Hudson and Viola Davis, mixed and mingled with guests as they enjoyed complementary cocktails, desserts, swag bags and live music.
