Gwyneth Paltrow recently opened up about her past health problems that led her to make some serious lifestyle changes, not only for her but for her entire family. The actress, an Academy Award winner, is the mother of two and has always looked slim and healthy but after suffering from both a miscarriage and a stroke scare, she discovered she had several major health problems.
“I was vitamin D deficient, I had [anemia], I had thyroid issues, my liver was congested, I had hormonal imbalances and a benign [tumor] on my ovary that had to be removed. I mean, it was crazy,” she revealed in her book, It’s All Good: Delicious, Easy Recipes That Will Make You Look Good and Feel Great, “I knew it was time for a change.”
This new eating lifestyle has led Paltrow to cut out some of her favorites foods such as sugar, dairy and eggs but without giving up all her favorite recipes. Just like her first book, My Father’s Daughter, the book is loaded with fun easy recipes that the entire family can enjoy.
