TEAM ADAM

Amber vs. Midas Whale

Midas Whale takes Stevie Wonder’s “Higher Ground” and Amber’s take on Avril Lavigne’s “I’m With You.”Adam chooses Amber sending the duo home.

Amy Whitcomb vs. Caroline Glaser

Amy chose “House of the Rising Sun,”  as her song of the night which may have been a bit much for her. However,  Caroline, went with “Little Talks” from “Of Monsters and Men and she handled it better. You could tell however, throughout the entire performance that she was extremely a nervous wreck.

Judith Hill vs. Orlando Dixon

Song choice is really important in the knockout rounds and Orlando chose “All My Life” – bad choice. “Why don’t you just come down here and punch me in the face?” Blake Shelton asks Judith Hill, after her stunning performance of “Always on My Mind.” Blake wanted Judith and crushed Shelton when she chose Team Adam. Judith remains sending Orlando back home to mom.

Sarah vs. Warren

Warren stepped out of his country music zone choosing rock song, “Died in Your Arms.” Although he did an excellent interpretation of it, it just wasn’t good enough to stay. Tough decision for Adam, as both of these singers are the best. All the judges chose Sarah over Warren sadly sending the firefighter dad home.
