No. 3 Tha Doggfather by Snoop Doggy Dogg (1996)
Snoop was Death Row’s biggest star in the early 90s, and for good reason–but by 1996, the Long Beach rapper and his label were going through some harrowing times. With the negativity of the East/West feud in the air, his own murder trial having just concluded, and the departure of his go-to producer, Dr. Dre; Snoop dropped this dud of a sophomore album, full of generic raps and even more indistinct production.
