Sean Kingston has suffered many difficulties over the past two years.  It seems as though things have taken a turn for the worse again for the singer as it has been reported that he’s being sued for his involvement in the gang rape of a young, drunken, female fan.

According to TMZ, 22-year-old Carissa Capeloto claims that the incident happened back in 2010 when she was invited back to Kingston’s hotel room after a Justin Bieber concert. Capeloto claims that she had smoked weed and downed seven-10 shots of vodka before she arrived at Kingston’s room where she claims Kingston was naked and lying on his bed in wait for her.

Capeloto claims that Kingston’s bodyguard then placed her on top of Kingston and she was gang raped by the singer, his bodyguard and a member of his group. She was “obviously intoxicated, incapable of consent.”

Capeloto says that her friend later entered the room and rescued her. Police were called to the scene before she was treated for injuries that were consistent with rape.

Criminal charges were subsequently filed against Kingston but the charges were dropped after cops concluded Capeloto was not credible enough for a legitimate case.

Capeloto is now suing Kingston for a minimum of $5 million. She claims that she can barely sleep, has mood swings and panic attacks. Although Kingston admits to sleeping with Capeloto, he has filed legal docs of his own, insisting that the sex was consensual.

We’ll have to see how this plays when the trial begins in November. Kingston isn’t the only one to get into trouble over sexual allegations. Check out some other stars that have been accused of rape below. – nicholas robinson
