In addition to Jackson Events and Entertainment, she is a global talent ambassador for I Am Creator Live, a worldwide talent  acquisition company. This coming October 18, 2013, Janet will host a hip hop honoring of various artists including the king of the south, T.I. and a BB King dedication coming in January 2014 in New York, NY co-hosted by Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz.

Chivalrously, Jackson is also involved with branding companies whom are based on values of community, empowering, and giving back.  The new reality television show Bosschix(@bosschixatl), which is set to be filmed in Atlanta beginning in November 2014, is one of her many endeavors. This brand, reality television show, clothing line, and movement all in one is based on the uplifting and empowering of others, specifically women. The show will define  what a boss chick is by following the lives of dominant female business owners in Atlanta.

Coupled with television empowerment of women, Boss chix also conducts several sickle-cell awareness conventions, women’s conferences and charity events. As Jackson said, “Bosschix wants to focus on showing women in a positive light with the correct reflection. We aim to reach out to both college and older women to expose talents of those with true passion ans ambition.” She has begun the intertwining of both business and community outreach with her latest commercial for autism with the r&b group bliss.

As an inspirational message to those with passion and dreams, “My three keys to success are hard work, determination, and empowering and inspiring others. Chase your dreams, because giving up is not an option.” stated Janet.
