Dr. Robert Deck made a female patient watch him masturbate after putting in her new contacts. According to Detroit Free Press, Dr. Deck told the woman that he needed to test her vision and lured her into his private office at Eye Health Professionals in Oxford Township.
Once the unidentified woman, walked into his office, Dr. Deck pulled his pants down and began fondling himself. The woman said she had a feeling that something strange could occur and recorded the encounter on her iPhone.
After the woman forwarded the recording to authorities, Dr. Deck was arrested and held on a $10,000 bond. He was charged with indecent exposure. Police are investigating to see if there are other victims.
Dr. Deck faces two-years in prison if convicted.
