Anthony Mackie, 34, has a glowing image and Hollywood résumé, not sure why he didn’t use more precaution to avoid an arrest. He was allegedly profiled pulled over in NYC for driving with tinted windows this morning when NYPD noticed that he was tipsy, i.e., driving drunk. His eyes were bloodshot and watery, and his breath smelled of alcohol. He didn’t pass the police-issued sobriety test and refused a blood alcohol test.
Mackie is set to star as The Falcon in the upcoming Marvel comics movie Captain America: The Winter Soldier, due out in April 2014. It’s rumored that he will also star in the same role in The Avengers: Age of Ultron.
