It was both. Mary trains hard and eats well. She was committed to the program I designed and the healthy meals created by Chef Danielle. Mary put forth incredible effort and it resulted in a strong, sculpted physique.

The most challenging part is trying to separate yourself from other trainers; being ahead of the trends and making a mark.
What are the qualities of a good personal trainer?
Attentiveness! Pay attention to the client’s body. There is not a one size fits all routine. This brings me to the next best quality – be diverse. No two programs I design are the same. You have to be flexible and able to adjust a routine on the spot. Finally, a good PT will make the session fun. The workout should be a break from the everyday grind where the client is the only focus.
