Mendeecees Harris out of jail?
An Instagram post set social media ablaze this weekend with speculation that Mendeecees Harris had been released from prison. On Saturday a photo was posted to the “Love & Hip Hop” star’s Instagram account showing Harris enjoying a glass of wine.
“Having a drink, y’all missed me?” the photo was captioned.
After viewing the photo which currently has over 23,000 likes, fan assumed that the reality star was free from federal custody after cooperating with police. Harris is no longer listed on the Federal Bureau of Prison’s website.

According to Kimbella Vanderhee, the reality star is still incarcerated. Vanderhee is a former “Love & Hip Hop” star and a friend of Mendeecees’ fiancee Yandy Smith. Yandy later cleared up the confusion herself and confirmed that her longtime love was still behind bars.
