The “Black Barbie” and a self-acknowledged socialite, viewers will once agains see her alongside her husband psychiatrist Dr. Gregory Lunceford, Dr. Lunceford will try to convince Quad that they need children outside of their “pampered pooches” Khloe and Kar’ie. Additionally Quad will clash with her longtime friend who seemingly goes on a power trip.
