Last night on the “Basketball Wives L.A.” reunion, Brandi Maxiell and Sundy Carter started a riot when they fought over Carter’s offensive comments about Maxiell’s cancer and infertility. And while some of the cast mates tried to stay out of the brawl, Jackie Christie was right in the middle of it and gave a detailed account of her side of the story to The Scoop With The Hip Hop Socialite.
According to Christie, the stage was a mess as cast mates, audience members and entourages all rushed the stage during Carter and Maxiell’s fight.
“Well, they [Brandi and Sundy] jumped up, and the next thing you know, I’m taking my shoes off to run and get in the middle. Not to fight necessarily, but if need be, I’m going to grab them in a choke hold, that’s what I am going to do. So when all the ruckus started happening, the audience actually ran down on to the stage — it was bizarre,” Christie said.
Christie says that she had no intention of fighting but almost came to blows when someone in Malaysia’s camp threatened her.
“Well then, all of a sudden one of Malaysia’s aunts, or somebody, cousins, somebody ran around Malaysia, and was like, ‘I want Jackie Christie.’ So I’m like, ‘well, here I am.’ So the next thing you know, I just remember going crazy, you know, getting the guards off of me, security was holding me, you know, I just blacked out,” Christie explained.
