Carl Payne, better known as Cole on Fox’s hit TV sitcom “Martin” partied this past weekend for his birthday at Suite Lounge in Atlanta. Decked out in an Asian inspired blazer with a black bow tie, he made quite a statement partying with friends and fellow celebs like Peter Thomas, Devyne Stephens and more.
