As a reality TV star on “R&B Divas LA,” Lil Mo is certainly used to dealing with manufactured drama for the public. But recently, news began to spread that Mo was enduring drama off camera with her boyfriend, boxer Karl “Dynamite” Dargan, who allegedly tried to hookup with another woman online. But a new report claims that the entire sex scandal may have been a hoax thought up by Mo herself.
Earlier this week, a woman called “ChiChe” posted an email to The Shade Room, alleging that Dargan began following her on Twitter and that when she followed him back, he began to flirt with her and tried to set up a threesome with her and another man.
“Well of course as soon as he saw me follow back he hopped in my DM’s, well come to find out he is LIL MO (THELILMOSHOW) husband at first I was going keep it to myself until he texted me some off the wall GAY s— that I wasn’t cool with he asked me if I mind letting ‘a guy to watch us while he masturbates he gotta have a big d— tho’ Those were the exact words he texted my phone and said (I’ll screen shot you the messages in a separate email because I have to send it through my phone) That nasty s— just made me throw up in my mouth all over again just even thinking about it… WHY would a heterosexual man want another man to masturbate and watch him have sex??????? IF that does not READ GAY I don’t know what will,” said the woman in her email.
The woman also posted screenshots of her text exchange with Dargan as well as nude photos that he’d sent to her.
However, things took a strange turn when Mo got wind of the scandal and, according to UrbanBelleMag.com, she posted a video on Instagram and claimed that the scandal was only a publicity stunt to prove that people will believe anything they see and that the woman wasn’t supposed to execute the hoax until weeks from now.
“Why she tell though? She wasn’t supposed to tell for like a couple of weeks because we’re showing y’all how you can literally lure people for publicity. You fall for it,” said Mo in the video, which she took down shortly after posting it.
Well, either this is a hoax gone wrong or this is a cover up gone wrong. Either way, it adds up to more drama than anyone needs in their life and Mo should probably be more concerned with minimizing scandal as opposed to creating or perpetuating it. – nicholas robinson
