How did you determine your career path?
I was hooked on marketing after my first job at an advertising agency which has continued to evolve and is still evolving!

Strategically & fiscally sound, respected leader and a confident SME


Define innovation methods you apply to your business and life.
For my personal life, my priority is being more available and in the moment for my family as my #1 priority; and for business, it’s a matter of staying current of industry insights

Describe goal setting methods you use and how you evaluate your success?
My best level of performance is to define goals wholistically with timeframes and actual tasks. If I ever miss a goal, I’ll re-evaluate and will define another strategy and start all over.

To remain intelligently competitive and resourceful

My family used Kik & Facetime all summer when our daughter went to China

My faith, children and husband

Don’t lose yourself in the hype of the business as you’ll never get ahead; hard work, ethics and proactive thinking will better position you for success.

How do you successfully grow from business failure?
Failing is the best attribute to help you define your character when there’s truly nothing to boast about. What you do at that moment sets pace for something magical.

Name three most successful female role models and why.
1) Oprah Winfrey-for demonstrating we all have the power to dream and build global empires regardless of situations, setbacks, childhood or lack of money.
2) Beyoncé for being a genius at entertaining while adjusting to marriage, motherhood and life with the world judging her every move. Thankfully, she keeps her game sharp at all times.
3) My sister Lisa, for being one of the strongest entrepreneurial minded people I’ve known that never stops giving back to those less fortunate and has a heart of gold.
