Book: Postal

How He Got Started: “I used to work for the U.S. Post Office for seven years in New York and decided to write the book. It was 1997 and another employee and I overheard a full-blown argument while at work. At that point I decided to write a screenplay. The screenplay eventually became the book. This book tells the truth about what it means to be involved in the postal industry.”

Advice to New Authors: “My advice is to start last week. You can’t wait. If it’s in you, you have to do it. Once you write it down, you can get it done. I got rejection letters from literary agents, so I decided to self-publish. It will be challenging, but it pays off in the long run.
