It seems like Benzino just can’t stay out of trouble with the law because just a month after being arrested for carrying a loaded gun in an airport, Benzino was arrested again yesterday for drug possession.
According to TMZ, Benzino was pulled over by Atlanta police on Wednesday afternoon for failing to wear his seat belt.
However, police say when they arrested Benzino and placed him in their car, a bag of marijuana fell out of his waistband and onto the seat of the cop car.
Benzino was jailed for the selt belt violation, suspended license and possession of marijuana. His bail was set at $2,269.00
However, after posting bail, Benzino immediately challenged the arrest and claimed the police planted the drugs.
