In North Charleston, South Carolina, a home invasion and attempted sexual assault by a teen taught him a lifelong lesson. According to police, a 33-year-old woman reported that at 6:30 a.m. she heard a knock at her door. When she went to the door no one was there. This happened two more times until she spotted a teen male with a knife coming toward her. She yelled out “no” and attempted to close the door, but her attacker forced his way inside.
The teen tackled the woman to the floor and told her not to fight and he would not hurt her. He then took her to the bedroom and threw her on the bed and tried to remove her shorts. When she fought back, he said, “Now you have to die,” and forced his tongue into her mouth. That is when the victim stated that she bit down on the perpetrator’s tongue until she heard a snap. The woman’s attacker then jumped up screaming in pain and ran out of the house. The victim spat her attacker’s tongue on the floor and fled her home. She drove to a local business and called police.
Her attacker went home to his mother’s house who called 911. At some point he left and went to a local Waffle House where he was arrested by police. Police recovered his tongue and the knife used in the attack.
