The saga of Ciara, Russell Wilson, and Future continues to become more strange each day. The publicized dispute between Ciara and Future could become violent, according to a defamation suit. Documents obtained by TMZ allegedly reveal that Ciara believes Future could possibly kill her fiancé, Wilson.

The documents claim that Ciara believes that Future has made several threats against Wilson that could end in murder. The first alleged threat came when Ciara claimed that Future posted emojis of two footballs followed by three guns. Future denied posting the emojis on an episode of “The Breakfast Club.” Ciara also pointed out a lyric from Future’s song “Juice” in which he rapped, “Tryna f— my baby mama, dog what’s up with you? You gone’ make me get that heat, I’m pulling up on you.” In Future’s defense, he also has three other baby mommas so the threat could be aimed someone else.

But the most likely truth is that it was possibly just a clever rap lyric and a way for Future to express his frustrations. It’s highly unlikely that Future would jeopardize a successful career to attack Wilson. However, the incident reveals how ugly the relationship between Ciara and Future has become.

In February, Ciara sued Future for $15 million in a defamation lawsuit which claimed that the rapper was making threats on social media and in interviews. Future responded by countersuing Ciara and later dropped the suit after a judge rewarded him with joint custody of their child, baby Future.

Future and Ciara’s ordeal reveals how co-parenting can go completely wrong when communication is broken. They have both played a role in creating negative press that has taken attention away from the music. The issues can also affect the child if both parties aren’t able to come to a resolution on how to move forward as parents.

Moments after news broke about Ciara’s claim that Future could react violently to Wilson, Future posted a photo on Instagram which revealed that he was the fastest artist to earn three number 1 albums in 50 years. He captioned the photo by writing, “I put my own work in, no publicity, let me focus on being great and leave me out the fake s— please.”
