The cast of “Black Ink Crew Chicago” held a premiere party for season two at the Old Crow Smokehouse. The room was huge and had almost 10 TV screens on the walls. The party kicked off with people enjoying one free drink and eating food while mingling with a few members of the crew who trickled in.

The majority of the crew arrived upstairs to the event around 7:30 p.m. CST to take pictures on the red carpet. Cast members Ryan Henry, Phor, Dani, Katt, Charmaine, Don and Van were covered by security but were still accessible to their fans to take a few pictures. The viewing audience and cast turned their attention to various TV screens in the room when the show came on. Representation came from all over to cover the event in celebration of “Black Ink Crew Chicago’s” second season. VH1 and Centric were also in the building.

VH1 was live streaming during parts of the event. Chicago’s own Protege provided the music for the event. Many other Chicagoans came out to support the cast, including 3Deep Chicago, George Daniels, GLC and Hollywood Reese.
