Although not technically a horror-themed song, Jackson still provides themes of terror with his depiction of him being stuck in a hotel with a woman he used to date. Also, it doesn’t hurt that the string and horn arrangements (produced by The Jacksons) have a spooky tonality, along with Jackson’s wicked adlibs.
