CardI B and South Florida native Kodak Black headlined the first annual Trap Circus music festival, which stopped in Miami on Wednesday, Nov. 22 at the RC Cola Plant located in Wynwood, a newly transformed and artistic neighborhood.
Reality TV star turned beloved rapper Belcalis Almanzar, better known to TV and blogosphere fans as Cardi B, performed her smash hit “Bodak Yellow,” which is a remix to Kodak Black’s original freestyle “No Flockin.” It has reached the Billboard number one spot, a feat that has not been accomplished by a solo female rapper since 1998.
The one-day event featured over 30 artists including YFN Lucci, Playboi Carti, Hood Celebrityy, Rich The Kid, Zoey Dollaz, Chris Travis, Yung Simmie, Lil Tracy and many more.
The Dominican diva recently became engaged to Migos’ Offset. She is prominently featured on the buzzing “Migos” single “Motor Sport,” which also features Nicki Minaj.
Trap Circus was hosted by Adam22 of No Jumper and it was a high-energy carnival that included traditional festival performances fused with the best of trap culture.
