Offset has been arrested only 10 days after the birth of his daughter.

The Migos rapper was reportedly pulled over by police in Georgia when he attempted to make an improper lane change. He was arrested when officers then found at least one weapon inside the vehicle.

According to TMZ, the 26-year-old star, who welcomed daughter Kulture with wife Cardi B earlier this month, was traveling just outside of Atlanta on Friday, July 20, when he was pulled over. A witness reports that officers on the scene found the firearm in the vehicle.

Media reports also claim that Offset has been hit with a total of four charges: possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of a weapon during a crime, which are both felonies; and possession of marijuana (one ounce or less), and making an improper lane change, which are both misdemeanors.

It isn’t believed that baby Kulture or Cardi B were traveling with the rapper when he was stopped.

This isn’t the first time Offset has gotten into trouble with his car. In May, he crashed his crash after swerving to avoid a collision with another vehicle.

Offset wrecked his green Dodge Challenger and was taken to a hospital for treatment of “minor injuries.”

He was released shortly thereafter, and law enforcement said no police or emergency medical workers were called to the crash scene and no accident report was taken.

The Culture II rapper later used social media to share a video of a new car he purchased for a bystander who helped to free him from his wrecked car and saved his life.
