How has innovation impacted your business?
There are apps for everything. What I’m learning on this journey with my business is that you actually can work smarter and not harder. As long as you do the initial work when it comes to those systems, you don’t have to have as many people as you used.
Describe the impact your business has on the community.
I never planned on helping those women who still had those hair color cravings after surviving cancer or going through radiation. I’ve had inbox messages from parents saying that they’ve had self-esteem issues and because they were able to put that purple or blue in their hair, it’s built their self-esteem. It’s impactful for me because I am helping people with so many pain points. I was just coloring my hair, and now I’m helping the world.
