Why safe sex is the only option while chilling with your quarantine bae

Along with the potential for an unplanned pregnancy, what advice would you give people about their sexual health and protecting themselves from sexually transmitted diseases?

You should always keep safe sex and the potential of contracting an STD in mind. With [quarantining], people can get cabin fever, and they eventually want to get out. People are looking at creative ways to spark up their dating life, and some may use dating apps.

We would recommend that if you already have a partner, stick with that partner. Don’t try to branch out too heavily, especially if you’re going to be meeting people in person because you don’t necessarily know where they were and whether or not they may have been exposed to the virus at some level.

You know you can also FaceTime each other and use other technologies to make your sex life a lot spicier. People should also know that kissing is a way that you can be able to pass the virus.

If you have sex, use condoms and dental dams, and wash your body before and after sex. We definitely highly recommended skipping sex with your partner if they have flu-like symptoms.
