Where do you see the future for Results, Sales & Marketing?
The industry is changing so fast that we are constantly having to change the makeup of our business. Our plan and strategy is to remain relevant and to be able to understand the nuances of the consumer, retailer, as well as manufacturers; so that when they come to us for management, it’s a value proposition.
What advice do you have for someone who wants to enter the distribution market?
Do some homework and [know that] you need to understand the business. You need to make sure that you can bring a value proposition to the business and it needs to be what you want to do.
