Megan, 25, who was born Megan Pete in Houston, was reportedly shot after she and Torey Lanez had visited socialite Kylie Jenner’s grandiose mansion in suburban Los Angeles. Multiple outlets reported that Megan and Lanez were involved in a spirited verbal altercation during and after leaving Jenner’s home. Sometime after midnight, Megan was shot in both her feet at another home in Hollywood Hills.
Eventually, the SUV they were riding in was stopped by the LAPD at gunpoint, at which time Megan L,anez and another passenger were ordered out of their vehicle with their hands up. Surveillance tapes clearly show that Megan was bleeding from both feet. Lanez was arrested on a felony charge of possession of a concealed weapon, while Megan was rushed to a local hospital to stitch up her wounds.
Afterward, when fans first began questioning the veracity of the stories regarding the shooting, Megan came out to verify her victimization and to also lash out at the disbelievers.
