The 2021 Kia Telluride SX offers luxury without the inflated price

In comparison to other midsize SUVs in the 2021 Telluride’s class, you cannot find a better-looking SUV that looks like a luxury but is priced in an affordable range. The price has not changed much from last year’s model. I drove the Telluride SX V6 AWD in Gravity Gray. The suggested retail price is $44,090. After adding the Nightfall Edition Package, which features 20-inch black finished alloy wheels, front grille, exclusive logos, and black exterior trims, anticipate adding an additional $2,300. Along with the towing package and freight, the total rounds out at $50,100.

Other features that make the 2021 Kia Telluride enticing include:

  • 5,000-pound maximum towing capacity
  • 8-inch touchscreen multimedia system
  • Satellite radio
  • Lane keep assist
  • Adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go capability

The Telluride comes with three-row seating, which offers room for up to eight people. Now, if you opt for captain’s chairs in the backseat, you can seat seven. The standard power under the hood is 291-horsepower, 3.8-liter V-6 engine that works with an eight-speed automatic transmission. Front- and all-wheel-drive models are available.

For families and executives who are looking for an SUV with style, the 2021 Telluride SX is a smart buy. You get luxury without an inflated price tag.
