IFBB Pro Eddie Thomas has gems for your fitness plans

Eddie Thomas is helping people in Michigan become more fit and healthy, opening a business called Trinity Fitness, where his mission is to help others achieve their fitness goals while also nurturing their spiritual growth.

Thomas gave rolling out several fitness tips, including specific drinks that can be detrimental to people’s fitness goals.

What three drinks can be detrimental to people’s fitness goals that they might not know about?

I’m not the one who really wants to doubt anything and people can do what they want to do, but the quote that milk does the body good, I don’t know who created that, but it doesn’t. You’re adding fat to your body. It’s not doing a body good. Milk is a thing that I try to stay away from unless it’s one day that I’m in a rush and the kids want some cereal, and I just tasted it to make sure it was good for them. But I don’t mess with milk.

Coffee is OK, but we have to watch the sugar in the coffee and the creamer. Caffeine can be addictive, so you have to be careful with that. But it also makes you use the restroom a lot. It’ll help you stay lean, but we want to make sure we know how much sugar we’re adding to it, and you want to stay away from that and not have it to where you need it all the time. I get my energy just by being super pumped, feeling good, and being in the gym. Other than that, I don’t have a knock on too many drinks. Make sure you get your water. You can add BCAAs to your water so if you personally have a problem with the taste of your drink, it has some great tastes and drinks.

Also, watch orange juice. A lot of folks have orange juice, but drinking it to me is like grabbing a glass of water, putting some ice in it, and filling it with sugar. That’s the issue even with alcohol. If someone’s going to occasionally have a drink or want to have a drink, you have to think about what you’re putting in your body.
