When one comes, the other one goes.

A day after announcing that “Power: Origins” was in the works, 50 Cent and Starz announced that the first spin-off of the “Power” series, “Power Book II: Ghost” will end in its fourth season.

On March 14, a teaser of the fourth season was released and said that there will be two parts, the first debuting on June 7 and the second part debuting on Sept. 6.

“Fans will not be disappointed,” Kathryn Busby, Starz’s president of programming said in a statement. “While this marks the conclusion of one chapter, our commitment to the ‘Power’ universe endures with more compelling storytelling on the horizon.”

“Power Book II: Ghost” shows the story of Tariq St. Patrick, who is played by Michael Rainey Jr. Tariq is navigating his life as a college student while trying to protect his family.

According to the logline for the final season, Tariq and Brayden Weston — who is portrayed by Gianni Paolo — are against the world while they form new alliances and find their way back into the game. However, when Weston starts exploring a reckless lifestyle, Tariq wonders if there is room at the top for two people.

Mary J. Blige, Method Man and Woody McClain are set to return, with the addition of Michael Ealy joining the cast.
